Hello!
I have two cards to share today.... I promised to share a card with CTMH's February Stamp of the month (which I love!), so here goes...
I LOVE the colors that Danderella used on her card from yesterday which she made for Twilight Tuesday's color challenge, so I decided to give these colors a go myself and play along too. You can play along at Twilight Tuesday.com. I pulled out the February Stamp of the Month, "Piece of Cake" and had some fun. I also had some fun used the Cuttlebug - thanks Jen & Danielle! The cake images are from "Piece of Cake" while the sentiment on the outside is from the SOM for March - another set I love. The sentiment on the inside is from "Piece of Cake" too.
I also used the sketch from The Sweet Stop for this card.
What I used:stamps: CTMH "Piece of Cake" & "A Little Everything"
papers: CTMH ocean, cranberry, misc grey CS, black bazill
tools: Cuttlebug - classic ovals, Happy Birthday embossing folder, SU spritzer tool - hard to see the effect in the photo, sorry
embellishments: bella bling, black CTMH ribbon
The card below is for
Sparkle's Christmas Card challenge this week which was "no coloring". I was somewhat taken aback at first, but then decided all I had to do was pull out some fun patterned paper! This is what I came up with. It was a quickie, so I made two.
What I used:stamps: Hero Arts
papers: DCWV paper pack
embellishments: Kaiser bling, DCWV chip board die cuts, misc ribbon from LSS, machine stiching
Happy Saturday everyone! I am having a get together at my house tonight, so I'd better go and get my house in order! LOL
Shanna :)
p.s. Be sure to come back tomorrow to check out my challenge card for Paper
