I was at the Thrift Store last week with my youngest son (who LOVES Thrift shopping) and I came across a cute vintage card in the stationary section - it was die cut and used as my focal point. The music notes behind, you may have seen before (here) - it is the wrappings from last year's Christmas crackers!
The button is from my tin of vintage buttons. The gold foil that was fashioned into a bow was the wrapper from a Ferrero Rocher - ummmm, now I'm thinking about chocolate. Too early for that!
Since I love the font, I die-cut the inside of the vintage card to use as the sentiment on the inside of the new card.
I am pleased as punch to report that as of today, I have 27 Holiday cards ready for next Christmas!

This is wonderful. Great way to tie in so many recycled elements. I love the carolers but the use of the candy wrapper for a bow is just so very clever! I'm impressed that you have 27 X-mas cards already. I haven't counted mine in a while. I probably should.
