Sparkle's Challenge this week is to use scraps! Well, I have an abundance of scraps, so that part was no problem. I've been wanting to try making a "paper quilt" for sometime now, so this was a fun challenge.
I'm gonna keep this short since it is almost Tuesday and I'm bushed!
The tree buttons are from a quilt shop we stopped at on the way back from our MOA Scrapfest trip last fall. They had so many cute buttons. I attached them with embroidery floss.I am happy with the outcome, but feel it is missing something. My one thought was to add the sentiment "tag style" along the top right corner. What do you think?
