I am entering today's card in three different challenges:

First of all, I came across Everything But the Kitchen Sink challenge blog at Creative Antics. Their challenge this week is a sketch - made for a quick and simple card! Great sketch!

While visiting Andrea's Blog, I discovered that the Cute Card Thursday challenge this week is to use Pink & Gray.

Also, I believe this qualifies for the Pink Elephant challenge to make a Birthday card.
